Groups

From Struggle to Testimony, Together

Intensive workshops that take the real life challenges, temptations, trials, and tests , and align them with God’s Word and psychological knowledge for practical breakthrough. As 1 Corinthians 10:13 reminds us, every temptation is common to man, but God provides a way of escape.

How They Work:

Each group focuses on a relevant spiritual theme such as overcoming fear, walking in forgiveness, breaking generational mindsets, and cultivating Spirit-led relationships.

In each session, we combine biblical teaching, meditative counseling, and group accountability.

Members share testimonies of victory to inspire and encourage others (Revelation 12:11).

Stewardship: Entrusted with Promise

Saturday March 7, 2026 9AM PST

Have you ever wondered why God gives a promise—yet the fulfillment requires patience, discipline, and trust? Are you guarding what God has entrusted to you, or unknowingly placing it at risk?

Heart’s Desire: Stewarding the Promise is a transformative workshop designed to help you mature into the responsibility that comes with God-given blessings. Scripture reminds us that promises are not just gifts—they are assignments (Genesis 12, Hebrews 6:12).

This workshop will guide you in learning how to steward what God is developing in you before it manifests around you. Many promises fail not because God is unfaithful, but because they are mishandled, rushed, or placed above Him.

Together, we will explore:

  • Keeping God first in seasons of blessing and increase (Matthew 6:33)

  • The psychological and spiritual dangers of idolizing the promise over the Promiser

  • How self-sabotage, fear, impatience, and misplaced trust can delay fulfillment

  • Developing spiritual maturity before influence, leadership, or expansion

  • Navigating trials without forfeiting faith, hope, or love (1 Corinthians 13:13)

  • Stewarding the three most tested promises: relationships, finances & influence, and leadership

  • Learning when to protect your promise in silence and when to move in obedience

  • Becoming Spirit-led rather than emotion- or pressure-driven

This is for those who don’t just want God’s promises—but want to carry them well.

Are you ready to steward your promise with wisdom, humility, and obedience?

Desires: Lust of the Eye

Saturday February 7, 2026 9AM PST

Do your desires ever feel stronger than your discipline? Have certain cravings brought temporary relief—but long-term damage to your peace, relationships, or purpose?

This workshop addresses the reality that desire itself is not sinful, but unmanaged desire becomes destructive. Scripture warns us of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life (1 John 2:16)—all of which, psychologically, function as impulse-driven coping mechanisms when deeper needs go unmet.

Taming the Flesh helps you identify the root beneath the urge, not just the behavior itself.

In this workshop, we will examine:

  • The difference between God-given desire and flesh-driven compulsion

  • How lust operates as an unquenchable cycle (James 1:14–15)

  • The psychological link between unmet needs, stress, trauma, and indulgence

  • Lust for money, food, substances, sex, validation, control, or escape—and how each impacts the brain and spirit

  • Developing self-control as a fruit of the Spirit, not self-shame (Galatians 5:22–23)

  • How to replace destructive cravings with healthy, purposeful fulfillment

  • Practical tools to pause, process, and respond rather than react

  • Aligning desire with identity, purpose, and God’s design

This is not about suppression—it’s about redirection, healing, and freedom.

Are you ready to bring your desires into alignment with God’s will and experience true satisfaction?

  • Understanding anger, sadness, numbness, and confusion after loss

  • How unprocessed grief can impact relationships and decision-making

Mindful Flow: Guard Your Heart

Saturday February 21, 2026 9AM PST

1-Hour Mini Course | Life Application & Relationship Health

Do you find yourself emotionally drained, overextended, or entangled in one-sided relationships? Are you giving more than you’re receiving—and calling it love?

Scripture teaches us, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23). Boundaries are not barriers—they are biblical safeguards that protect purpose, peace, and identity.

Guarding the Heart teaches how healthy boundaries honor God, yourself, and others.

In this mini course, we will cover:

  • What biblical boundaries are—and what they are not

  • The psychological cost of poor boundaries (burnout, resentment, confusion)

  • How boundaries affect thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and habits

  • Discernment between compassion and over-functioning

  • Identifying emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational boundary violations

  • Learning to say “no” without guilt and “yes” with intention

  • Understanding biblical reciprocity and being equally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14)

  • Aligning boundaries with obedience, peace, and wisdom

This course aligns with our eBook Equally Yoked and supports healthier relationships rooted in truth and mutual respect.

Are you ready to protect your heart and pursue reciprocal, God-honoring relationships?
