All bookings are final - refunds are not permitted. Sessions may be rescheduled if canceled at least 72 hours in advance. All new bookings must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment time; otherwise, rescheduling will not be permitted.

In the case of an emergency, you may request one emergency rebooking (not a refund) if you notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

This policy ensures fairness, consistency, and respect for both your time and ours.

Group Session Information

Our group sessions are intentionally capped at 25 participants to create an intimate, impactful environment.

Session seats are subject to availability and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Non-Refundable Policy: As with individual and couples sessions, all group bookings are non-refundable.Missed sessions cannot be made up.
